How much do I earn per sale?
Agents earn 15% commission on every paid customer order placed through their personal store link or with their agent code at checkout.
When and how do I get paid?
Every sale lands in your agent dashboard the moment payment clears. Once the customer's order is delivered, we process your 15% commission and SMS you a secure ATM voucher code. Walk up to any major ATM and collect the cash — no bank account, no cards, no month-end wait.
How do customers pay?

Why do I pick 3 extra styles?
Stock moves quickly. To make sure you still receive the exact number of pieces in your tier, you'll pick your favourites plus 3 alternates. If any of your favourites are out of stock by the time we pack your bag, we'll swap in one of your alternates — so you always get styles you chose, and your bag ships without delay.
Do I need to buy stock or a starter kit?
No stock, ever. Alorey warehouses and ships every order. Once you're active, you can buy pieces for yourself at 35% off retail — capped at R750 in retail value per month — if you'd like to wear the range or shoot your own content. It's completely optional; your store and share kit activate the moment you're approved.
Is there a minimum I have to sell?
No forced quota. Agents who consistently hit our friendly monthly targets may unlock higher commission opportunities, campaign rewards and priority access to new drops.
How long does customer delivery take?
Standard nationwide courier is 1–2 business days to major cities and 2–3 business days to other areas after dispatch. Every customer receives WhatsApp and email tracking. You see the delivery status live in your dashboard.
What if a customer wants a refund or exchange?
Alorey handles all returns, exchanges and customer support directly. Just pass the customer's details to us — your commission is not affected by returns caused by defects or size swaps.
Do I need any fashion or business experience?
No. If you love clothing, beauty, accessories or hair and you're active on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, you have everything you need. We provide onboarding training, ready-made content, pricing sheets and 1-on-1 support inside the agent portal.
